How We Operate
Our field teams work directly with fishermen's unions and boat owners across six coastal regions and the Andaman Islands. Advance agreements — refundable caution deposits — give us first-priority access to catches as they arrive.
Fish are washed and graded by expert graders at our hygienic handling facility, then plunged into an ice slurry to bring core temperature to approximately 1°C — significantly more effective than packing in ice alone.
Hand-packed in insulated Styrofoam boxes with a plastic layer between fish and crushed salt-water ice to prevent ice burn. Every box carries full traceability data: species, net weight, pack date, expiry, and client name.
Packed product is loaded onto refrigerated vans and dispatched to the nearest airport or railway station. Our strategic location near Pondicherry's airport and station minimises transit time and preserves temperature.
