When the Bay of Bengal trolling ban is in effect, procurement switches seamlessly to Arabian Sea coasts — ensuring uninterrupted supply year-round.

Grading & Packing

Fish are washed and graded by expert graders at our hygienic handling facility, then plunged into an ice slurry to bring core temperature to approximately 1°C — significantly more effective than packing in ice alone.

Hand-packed in insulated Styrofoam boxes with a plastic layer between fish and crushed salt-water ice to prevent ice burn. Every box carries full traceability data: species, net weight, pack date, expiry, and client name.

Product not clearing export grading is redirected to frozen, domestic, or dry seafood buyers — zero wastage from every lot procured.

Dispatch

Packed product is loaded onto refrigerated vans and dispatched to the nearest airport or railway station. Our strategic location near Pondicherry's airport and station minimises transit time and preserves temperature.

Products fly daily from Chennai, Cochin, and Thiruvananthapuram, reaching buyers across the Middle East, East Asia, Southeast Asia, Europe, and North America within 12 to 24 hours.
